Billing FAQ’s:
What insurances do you bill?
We bill most insurance companies as a courtesy to the patient. However, the patient (or the responsible party) is ultimately responsible for payment.
What insurances do you accept?
We accept most insurance companies that the hospital is contracted with. When there is an exception we will work with the patient to resolve the billing appropriately.
Where do you get the insurance information you have on me?
We receive an electronic download of all patients’ insurance information from the hospital or clinic which is given at the time of service.
If I call the hospital and update my information after my visit do you get that information also? No, we do not. You must also call us if your information changes or is incorrect.
What if I have no insurance?
We will bill you directly.
What if the insurance company sends the check to me?
The patient (or the responsible party) would be responsible for payment.
How can I make a payment?
We accept check, cash or credit card. You may call our office and pay with a credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may also send us a check, or if you would like, you can pay cash by coming to our office at 2701 NW Vaughn St, Ste 425, Portland, OR 97210.
